How do i know if coaching is right for me?
The focus of coaching is working to achieve a goal. Whether it be a better work life balance, increased boundaries or a better sense of who you are as a person. If you have more questions about deciding between coaching or counseling- read this.
Can you accept insurance?
Because coaching is different than therapy, it is not a service that is covered by insurance.
How much does coaching cost?
Coaching is $150 per 45 minute-55 minute session. Payment plans coming soon for booking multiple appointments!
What can i expect in my first 1:1 coaching session?
The first session will feel a little like a structured interview. We will discuss who you are, what brings you to coaching, what you’ve tried before and answer any questions you may have. Then we will start to collaborate on a plan to help you reach those goals!
hOW LONG IS A 1:1 COACHING SESSION?
Each coaching session will last 45-55 minutes.
Can you be my coach and my therapist?
In order to ensure the best care for you & to follow the ethics code of counseling, dual relationships are not allowed. Therefore, I am unable to fill the role of both your therapist and coach. Don’t worry- I have great colleagues whom I can refer you to!
hOW do i know that you are the right coach for me?
I have a passion for helping others become the very best versions of themselves. Combining my experience and education as a therapist with my own lived experiences, I am confident in my ability to help people get to a place of a more satisfying life. That being said, there is a relational component to coaching- if we meet or complete a consultation and you don’t feel I am the right fit, I can provide you with alternate options as well!
