Coaching focuses on identifying and pursuing what is important to you. As a coach, I will assist you in clarifying your goals, holding you accountable and upholding your identified goals. Coaching is collaborative, strength-based and goal oriented. I want to support you in discovering what is most important to you and helping you build the life you have always dreamed of.
Questions to ask yourself to decide if coaching is right for you:

Coaching is not designed for treatment or diagnosis of mental health disorders or acute mental health distress.
Instead, coaching focuses on goals, future planning and managing day-to-day life stressors and challenges.

If you are looking to engage in trauma services or trauma healing, coaching is NOT the right fit for you at this time. Counseling services are best able to suit these needs.

If you are wanting to address the previous listed concerns or other acute mental health concerns, counseling is the best fit for you at this time.

Although we often discuss mental health in black and white terms, the reality is that having stress does not always mean we are experiencing a mental health disorder or acute mental health distress. Sometimes, we just need a little extra support to get through the daily road bumps that are stopping us from reaching our goals.
