How do I know if coaching is right for me?
The focus of coaching is working to achieve a goal. Whether it be a better work-life balance, increased boundaries, or a better sense of who you are as a person. If you have more questions about coaching vs counseling, read this.
how much does coaching cost?
Each individual coaching session is $150 for a 45-55 minute session.
Can you accept insurance?
Because coaching is different than counseling, it is not a service covered by insurance.
What can i expect in my first coaching session?
The first session will feel a little like a structured interview. We will discuss who you are, what brings you to coaching, what you’ve tried before and any questions you may have. Then we will start to collaborate on a plan to help you reach those goals!
Can you be my coach and my therapist?
Because of the ethics codes of both counseling and coaching, dual relationships are not allowed. Therefore, I am unable to fill the role of both counselor and coach for the same person. Don’t worry, I have great colleagues whom I can refer you too!
How long is a coaching session?
Each 1:1 coaching session will last 45-55 minutes.
How do I know that you are the right coach for me?
I have a passion for helping others become the very best version of yourself. With my experience as a therapist and my own personal experience, I am confident in my ability to help people get to a place of a more satisfying life. That being said, there is a relational component to coaching- if we meet or complete a consultation and you don’t feel I am the right fit, that’s okay too!
